Welcome to Zulish Nail. By using our website and mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Zulish Nail operates as a service-on-demand platform connecting users with independent beauty and nail care professionals (Artists) for in-home appointments across Delhi and Gurugram.

2. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be made through our platform. Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Cash payments to the Artist may also be available where indicated in the app.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate location and contact details so our Artists can deliver home services efficiently. You must ensure a safe, hygienic, and respectful working environment for the Artists at your premises.

4. Liability

Zulish Nail acts as an aggregator. While we manually vet our Artists through an 18-point KYC process, we are not directly liable for any unforeseen disputes, allergies, or damages occurring during the service. Customers are advised to disclose any known skin sensitivities before the appointment begins.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
