Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 29 May 2026

We aim to provide a smooth experience at Zulish Nail, but we understand that plans change.

1. Cancellation by User

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the service may attract a minor cancellation fee to cover the Artist's travel and committed time.

2. Cancellation by Zulish Nail / Artist

If an Artist is unavailable due to an emergency, Zulish Nail will either assign a replacement at the same slot (where possible) or initiate a full 100% refund immediately.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI / wallet) within 5 to 7 business days. The exact timeline may vary depending on your bank or UPI provider.

4. Non-Refundable

Once a service has been fully delivered and completed by the Artist, the payment is strictly non-refundable. Disputes about service quality must be raised within 24 hours of the appointment so we can investigate with the Artist and offer a fair resolution.

5. Rescheduling

You can reschedule a booking any number of times up to 4 hours before the appointment at no additional charge, subject to slot availability.
