Your data is used exclusively to confirm bookings, process payments, and share necessary location details with your assigned Artist for service delivery. We may also use your email or phone number to send booking confirmations and important service-related updates.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share relevant details (like your address and phone number) with the assigned Artist to fulfill your booking. Payment information is handled directly by our payment partner (Razorpay) — we do not store full card or UPI details on our servers.

4. Data Security

We use standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted databases at rest, and strict role-based access for our internal team. Payment details are encrypted and securely handled by our payment partner (Razorpay).

5. Your Rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing us. Some data may be retained for legal or accounting reasons after deletion of your account.
